Instructions for this process are available here. When you set junk e-mail preferences in OWA it will automatically use those settings no matter how you choose to access your e-mail account. Workaround: This feature is not available yet and you will need to use the Outlook web app or OWA () to set junk e-mail preferences. In Outlook for Mac, you must have at least Reviewer permission to access the other user's default Calendar folder to be able to also access any subcalendar folders. You do not have permission to open this folder. Workaround: Outlook cannot open the folder. This issue occurs because the owner of the folder that you want to access shares the subcalendar folder with you but does not share their default (primary) Calendar folder.
Issue: When you try to open a shared Calendar folder in Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac or Outlook for Mac 2011, you receive the following error message even though you were granted permission to the folder: "You do not have permission" error message when you try to open a shared Calendar folder in Outlook for Mac Workaround: There is no workaround at this time from Microsoft. So when creating a draft on an iOS device, it will save locally on the device, but not in Exchange Online. Issue: The iOS "Drafts" folder in Mail does not sync with the "Drafts" Folder on Microsoft Exchange Server. iOS Mail Drafts Don't Sync with Exchange Drafts Folder Microsoft Outlook 2013/2016 provides better caching options-for instance caching only 12 months of email-than other Windows email programs.
Please note that disabling caching can also cause performance problems. Work around: If your mailbox exceeds 10 GB, you can reduce the size of your mailbox by archiving or deleting messages, or by disabling caching.
